On test driving the car I was told it had been given a quick jet wash. Two weeks later picking up the car it was covered in dust - it had not been thoroughly washed let alone polished. The inside contained a lolly pop stick in one of the pockets. A glue spot had not been removed from the bonnet. The washer jet reservoir emptied after only 5 squirts. No mats were in the rear of the car despite asking for car mats. I was also promised a litre of engine oil but was told none was available. A courtesy call would have been appreciated.

Lookers Skoda Newcastle were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the sales person was very informative and we really just went to look and came away with a new car, so that says a lot about your salesman, his name was Graham, and he was very helpful, friendly and professional. I don't think I've spelt his name right, but he got his job right and we got a Skoda Fabia. Well done you for having such good staff.
